League of Dabblers – Alaskan Branch

This magnificent picture of a Dabbler Glencairn whisky glass has been sent in by Hey Skipper, head (and indeed, sole member) of the Alaskan branch of the League of Dabblers.

It was taken in Eagle River, AK, specifically “looking up the Eagle River valley, from a vantage point just north of the women’s prison.” Our thanks to Skipper.

If you want to get your grubby mitts on one of the much-coveted Dabbler glasses, you’ll need to join the League of Dabblers. And if any of our other League members wish to send in pictures of their glasses in unusual locations, all the better. Who knows,  it could be the new planking…

Intrigued to know what Hey Skipper was doing loitering about at a vantage point just north of the women’s prison…

More to the point, what’s in the glass?

    Famous Grouse.

It didn’t survive the photo shoot.
